Basically we improve people. In lots of different ways and for many different reasons.
We improve them so that they have a greater impact in their current job.
We improve them so they can succeed in a more responsible job.
We improve them so that they can find work and start new careers, and work with them until they start to make an IMPACT and beyond.
Sometimes the drive to improve people comes from the person him/herself. Other times, the drive is from an employer, who needs to get more from his/her existing staff or to find new talent to help the company improve and move forward.
We don’t mind where the imperative is from, only that we make a DIFFERENCE.
