FAQs - Partners

To help you quickly answer some key questions the below has been listed. If you need additional information or need clarification on any of the services we offer then please feel free to contact us, we will be more than happy to help you.

Q
What experience to you have sub-contracting from SFA Prime contract holders?

A
Gosh, lots! We started subcontracting for Apprenticeship and Train To Gain (NVQs) delivery in 2008 with just one partner, and currently work with six. Why six? Well we are aware that individual prime contract holders circumstances can change, and at certain times they may not be able to give us access to the volume of learner places we need, or the variety or places. (Apprenticeships, WPL funding, older age profiles, specific sector profiles, etc).
Having a group of ‘primes’ has been fantastic for our development, we have to be used to different MIS systems, different paperwork requirements and we’re are in a state of constant audit! We are always looking to make more strategic partnerships as we grow, so if you feel that you’d like a chat, please get in touch.

Q
What are your plans for future training delivery?

A
We hope to work in increasingly diverse and emerging areas to add value, to be different from everyone else, and to reflect the changes in the UK economy, rather than deliver tired old stereotypical ‘NVQ’ style awards. We want to embed the use of modern communication and networking technologies into all of our programmes, use blended learning to help learners take control of their own learning and to work with businesses to build personalised ‘branded’ programmes of delivery.
We aim to deliver a greater amount of 16-18 and 19-23 apprenticeship Frameworks than ever before, and to champion the use of Advanced Learning Loans, through which, finally, adults can build the qualification that suits them and their employer without all the ‘add-on’s that are mandatory with a ‘funded’ framework.

Lots to do!

Q
What do your current Prime-Contractors and Awarding Bodies say about you?

A
We have numerous EV reports, Lesson Observations and contract reviews that we can share with you. We’re also more than happy to put you in touch with organisations with which we’ve already forged successful and mutually beneficial working relationships.

Call or drop us a line, lets see if there’s scope for us to work together. If there is, then we’re more than happy to provide whatever information is required for your due diligence processes.
